0. 설치

1. 안드로이드는 Play 스토어, 아이폰은 App Store에서 "부름"을 찾아 설치합니다.
2. 안드로이드는 홈 화면에 아이콘이 두 개 생깁니다.
   • 부름 — 연락처 · 대화 · 전화 (기본)
   • 걸기 — 단축번호로 바로 거는 화면 (일반 전화의 초록 아이콘 같은 자리)
3. 아이폰은 부름 아이콘 하나입니다. 전화는 연락처나 대화창에서 겁니다.

1. 가입 · 로그인

1. 앱을 열고 가입하기를 누릅니다.
2. 닉네임과 비밀번호를 정합니다. 전화번호 · 이메일은 묻지 않습니다.
3. 가입이 끝나면 복구 코드가 보입니다. 사진을 찍거나 적어 두세요. 비밀번호를 잊었을 때 이것으로만 되찾을 수 있습니다.
4. 처음에는 무료 체험으로 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있어요.

2. 처음 허락하기 (중요)

처음 쓸 때 폰이 몇 가지를 묻습니다. 모두 "허용"해 주세요.

• 알림 — 메시지 · 전화가 왔을 때 알려 드립니다.
• 마이크 — 음성 통화 · 음성메시지.
• 카메라 — 영상 통화 · 사진 찍기 · QR 찍기.
• 전체 화면 알림 — 잠긴 폰에서 전화가 일반 전화처럼 크게 뜹니다. 꺼져 있으면 앱이 "전체 화면 알림이 꺼져 있어요 [켜기]"로 알려 드립니다.

3. 화면 둘러보기

아래 탭 (3개)

• 연락처 — 이어진 사람들 · 단체방 · 🎫 임시연락처. 새 메시지 수가 빨간 숫자로 보입니다.
• 통화 기록 — 걸고 받은 전화, 부재중 · 거절, 녹음 듣기.
• 나 — 별칭 · 모양 · 알림 · 데이터 · 이용권 · 저장 공간 · 계정.

위쪽 단추 줄

• ☀️ 주간 / 🌙 야간 — 화면 밝기 모드
• EN / 한국어 — 언어
• ❓ 사용법 — 이 설명서
• 👤 MyPage — 이용권 남은 날 · 저장 공간 · 연장
• 로그아웃

4. 별칭 (여러 개의 나)

별칭은 상대에게 보이는 내 이름입니다. 관계마다 다르게 쓸 수 있어요. 예: 가족에게는 "엄마", 가게 손님에게는 "꽃집 사장".

1. 나 → 새 별칭에 이름을 적고 만듭니다.
2. 별칭마다 이름 바꾸기 · 사진 넣기 · QR 인쇄 · 갤러리 · 기본으로를 할 수 있어요.

5. 사람 잇기

내가 초대하기

1. 연락처 → + → 초대 만들기
2. 이 사람에게 쓸 내 별칭을 고르고, 필요하면 메모(상대를 뭐라고 부를지)를 적습니다.
3. 링크 보내기(카톡 · 문자 등), 마주 보고 있으면 QR 보여주기, 종이로 건네려면 QR 인쇄.

📨 닉네임으로 연결 요청 (링크를 안 보내도 됨)

1. 연락처 → + → 📨 닉네임으로 연결 요청
2. 상대의 부름 닉네임, 내가 쓸 별칭, 한 줄 인사를 적고 [연결 요청 보내기]
3. 상대 폰에 알림이 가고, 상대가 [수락]하면 연락처에 나타납니다.

내 닉네임은 같은 화면 맨 위에 있습니다. 상대에게 닉네임만 알려주면 그쪽에서 요청을 보낼 수 있어요. 받은 요청은 위쪽 📨 요청 단추로 확인하고 수락 · 거절 · 거절하고 차단 중에서 고릅니다. 거절 · 차단은 상대에게 알려지지 않습니다.

초대 받기

1. 받은 링크를 누르거나, 연락처 → + → 초대 받기 → QR 찍기.
2. 내가 쓸 별칭을 고르고, 상대를 부를 이름을 적은 뒤 잇기.

에일리어스콜에서 이어오기

에일리어스콜 대화의 부름 연결 카드를 두 분이 각자 누르고 로그인하면, 같은 부름 대화창이 열리고 맨 위에 "부름으로 연결되었습니다"가 뜹니다. 이때 내 이름은 Aliascall1, Aliascall2 …로 붙습니다(나 → 이름 바꾸기로 변경).

6. 대화

• 연락처에서 사람을 누르면 대화창이 열립니다.
• 아래 칸에 글을 쓰고 보냅니다. +로 사진 · 동영상 · 파일 · 음성메시지.
• 사진을 여러 장 한꺼번에 보내면 한 덩어리(타일)로 보입니다. 사진을 누르면 크게 보고 넘겨볼 수 있어요. 한 장만 지우거나 답장하려면 그 사진을 꾹 누르세요. 사진 아래 빈 곳을 누르면 묶음 전체를 지울 수 있습니다.
• 동영상 · 음성 · 파일은 말풍선 옆 작은 ⋯ 단추를 누르면 [삭제] · [답장]이 나옵니다. 글은 말풍선을 누르면 됩니다. 내가 보낸 것은 무엇이든 지울 수 있어요.
• 받은 것도 메뉴에서 ⬇ 저장(폰의 다운로드 폴더로)과 🙈 내 화면에서 지우기를 할 수 있어요. 내 화면에서만 사라지고 보낸 사람 화면에는 그대로 남습니다.
• 메시지를 길게 누르면 답장 · 복사 · 고치기 · 지우기.
• 사라지는 메시지 — 보낼 때 시간을 정하면 그 뒤 저절로 지워집니다.
• 🔒 잠긴 대화 — 두 분이 동의하면 암호화되어 회사도 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.
• 자리비움 — 켜 두면 상대가 보낼 때 안내가 한 번 자동으로 나갑니다.
• 앱을 닫아도 새 메시지는 폰 알림으로 옵니다. 알림을 누르면 그 대화창이 열립니다.

7. 전화

걸기

연락처의 ⋯ → 음성 전화 / 영상 전화. 또는 대화창 위의 전화 단추. 안드로이드는 홈 화면의 걸기 아이콘에서 단축번호로도 걸 수 있어요.

받기

• 잠긴 폰: 화면이 켜지며 화면 가득 받는 화면 → 큰 [받기] 한 번.
• 부름을 보고 있을 때: 곧바로 큰 받는 화면.
• 다른 앱을 쓰는 중: 위쪽 알림 → 어디를 눌러도 큰 받는 화면.
• 받을 때까지 폰 벨소리로 계속 울리고, 상대가 끊으면 바로 멈춥니다.
• 영상 전화는 [🎙 카메라 끄고 받기] 또는 [📹 영상으로 받기]를 고릅니다.

통화 중

• 소리는 수화기로(영상은 스피커). 🔈 스피커로 바꿉니다.
• 🎙 음소거 · ✕ 끊기 · 영상은 📹 카메라 켜고 끄기 · 🔄 앞뒤 바꾸기.
• 앱을 나가도 통화는 이어지고, 알림줄에 "부름 통화 중"이 보입니다. 누르면 통화로 돌아옵니다.

녹음

1. 통화 중 🔴 → 보관 기간(15 · 30 · 90일)을 고르고 신청.
2. 상대 화면에 허락 · 짧게 허락 · 거절이 뜹니다. 허락해야만 녹음됩니다.
3. 녹음 중에는 양쪽 화면에 "🔴 녹음 중"이 계속 보이고, 누구든 멈출 수 있습니다.
4. 통화 기록에서 듣고 내려받을 수 있습니다. 정한 날이 지나면 저절로 지워집니다.

8. 블루투스 이어폰 · 차

• 받기 — 단추를 한 번 누르고 몇 초 기다리기.
• 끊기 — 통화 중 단추(이어폰마다 다르지만 보통 두 번). 양쪽 모두 끊깁니다.
• 거절 — 울리는 동안 길게(2초). 거는 분에게 "거절됨".
• 이어폰이 연결돼 있으면 통화 소리가 이어폰으로 나옵니다.

통화 중 일반 전화가 오면

[대기 후 받기] → 부름 통화는 대기(서로 소리 안 감) → 일반 통화가 끝나면 부름 통화로 돌아옴. [끊고 받기]는 부름 통화를 끝냅니다.

9. 단체방

1. 연락처 → + → 방 만들기: 방 이름과 인원을 정합니다.
2. 만들어진 방 초대 링크 · QR을 보내면, 받은 사람이 들어옵니다.
3. 단체방에서도 대화 · 사진 · 음악 함께 듣기를 할 수 있어요.

10. 연락처 정리

• ⋯ 메뉴: ★ 별표 · 단축번호(1~9) · 위로 올리기 · ▲▼ 순서 · 알림 끄기 · 상대 갤러리 · 자세히.
• 정렬 단추: 최근 · 이름 · 별표 · 단축번호.
• 묶기: 내가 쓴 별칭별로 모아 봅니다.
• 검색: 내가 붙인 이름 · 상대 별칭 · 내 별칭 어느 것으로도 찾습니다.

11. 임시연락처

중고거래 · 소개팅 · 매물 문의처럼 잠깐만 쓸 연락처. 정한 날 저절로 끊기고, 언제든 [지금 끊기]도 됩니다.

1. 연락처 맨 위 🎫 임시연락처 → + 만들기
2. 이름(예: "중고 의자"), 기간, 한 사람만 / 여러 사람을 정합니다.
3. 링크 보내기 · 크게 보여주기(QR) · 명함 인쇄로 건넵니다. 받는 분은 앱이 없어도 됩니다.
4. 문자가 오면 연락처의 [임시] 묶음에 빨간 숫자가 뜹니다.
5. 계속 연락하고 싶으면 대화창에서 정식으로 잇기를 제안할 수 있어요.

12. 이용권 · 저장 공간

• 무료 체험 동안 모든 기능을 씁니다. 체험 중 처음 구매하면 1개월을 더 드립니다(한 번).
• MyPage → 연장하기 또는 나 → 이용권: 3 · 6 · 12개월 중 고릅니다. 자동 결제는 없습니다.
• 이용권이 끝나도 받기 · 읽기는 그대로 됩니다. 보내기 · 걸기는 이용권이 필요합니다.
• 저장 공간: 사진 · 영상 · 녹음이 쌓이는 곳. 넘치면 새로 올리기가 멈추고, 안내한 날에 오래된 것부터 지워집니다. MyPage → 용량 늘리기로 추가할 수 있어요.
• 환불은 취소 · 환불 규정을 따릅니다.

13. 설정 (나 화면)

• 언어: 자동 · 한국어 · English
• 모양: 주간 · 야간 · 자동, 색 테마, 말풍선 모양, 배경 효과(눈 · 비 · 꽃잎 · 별)
• 글씨: 크기 · 굵기 · 글씨체
• 알림: 소리 · 진동, 최근 대화 보이기
• 데이터 절약: 영상 통화는 와이파이에서만 · 낮은 음질 · 사진 · 영상 와이파이에서만 · 사용량 경고
• 보관함: 따로 간직한 메시지 · 파일

14. 문제 해결

전화가 와도 아무것도 안 떠요

① 폰 설정 → 애플리케이션 → 부름 → 알림 허용 ② 전체 화면 알림 켜기 ③ 배터리 설정에서 부름을 절전 예외로 ④ 앱을 한 번 열어 로그인돼 있는지 확인.

잠긴 폰에서 화면이 크게 안 떠요

전체 화면 알림을 켜 주세요. 폰을 쓰는 중에는 원래 위쪽 알림만 뜨고, 누르면 큰 화면이 열립니다.

통화 소리가 울려요 · 작게 들려요

두 폰이 가까이 있으면 울립니다. 수화기로 듣거나 이어폰을 쓰세요. 작게 들리면 통화 중 음량 단추 위쪽을 눌러 주세요.

"다시 잇는 중…" 이 보여요

통화 중 인터넷이 흔들린 것입니다. 60초 동안 저절로 다시 이어 봅니다.

비밀번호를 잊었어요

로그인 화면의 비밀번호 찾기에서 복구 코드로 새 비밀번호를 정합니다.

15. 로그아웃 · 계정 삭제

• 로그아웃: 화면 위 로그아웃. 로그아웃하면 이 폰으로 전화를 받을 수 없습니다. 다시 로그인하면 그대로 받습니다.
• 계정 삭제: 나 → 맨 아래 "계정 삭제". 바로 지워지지 않고 예약되며, 그 기간 안에는 취소할 수 있습니다. 기간이 지나면 대화 · 사진 · 녹음이 모두 지워지고 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

0. Install

1. Search "Burum" on the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iPhone) and install it.
2. On Android you'll see two icons on your home screen:
   • Burum — contacts, chats and calls
   • Call — a dial screen with speed dial (where your green phone icon usually sits)
3. On iPhone there is one Burum icon. Make calls from your contacts or a chat.

1. Sign up · Log in

1. Open the app and tap Sign up.
2. Choose a nickname and password. No phone number or email needed.
3. You'll see a recovery code. Take a photo or write it down — it's the only way to reset a forgotten password.
4. You start with a free trial of every feature.

2. First permissions (important)

Your phone will ask a few questions the first time. Please allow them all.

• Notifications — alerts for messages and calls.
• Microphone — voice calls and voice messages.
• Camera — video calls, photos, scanning QR codes.
• Full-screen notifications — calls ring full screen on a locked phone. If off, the app shows "Full-screen call alerts are off [Turn on]".

3. A quick tour

Bottom tabs

• Contacts — people you're connected with, group rooms and 🎫 one-time contacts. Unread counts show in red.
• Calls — calls made and received, missed and declined, recordings.
• Me — aliases, theme, alerts, data, plan, storage, account.

4. Aliases (many sides of you)

An alias is the name people see. Use different ones for different relationships — e.g. "Mom" for family, "Flower shop" for customers.

1. Me → New alias: type a name and create it.
2. For each alias you can rename, add a photo, print a QR, open its gallery, or make it default.

5. Connecting with people

Invite someone

1. Contacts → + → Create invitation.
2. Choose your alias for this person, and add a note if you like.
3. Send the link, show the QR in person, or print the QR.

📨 Request by nickname (no link needed)

1. Contacts → + → 📨 Request by nickname
2. Enter their Burum nickname, choose your alias, add a short note and tap [Send request].
3. They get a notification; once they accept, they appear in your contacts.

Your own nickname is shown at the top of that screen — share just your nickname and they can request you. Check incoming requests with 📨 Requests at the top and choose Accept · Decline · Decline & block. Declines and blocks are never shown to the sender.

Accept an invitation

1. Tap the link, or Contacts → + → Join → Scan QR.
2. Choose your alias, name the other person, and tap Connect.

Continue from Aliascall

When you both tap the Burum connection card in an Aliascall chat and sign in, the same Burum chat opens with "You are now connected on Burum". Your name is set to Aliascall1, Aliascall2… (change it in Me → Rename).

6. Chat

• Tap a contact to open the chat.
• Type and send. Use + for photos, videos, files and voice messages.
• Several photos sent together appear as one tiled bubble. Tap a photo to view it large and swipe through. To delete or reply to just one, press and hold that photo. Tap the space under the photos to delete the whole set.
• For videos, voice messages and files, tap the small ⋯ beside the bubble for [Delete] and [Reply]. For text, tap the bubble. You can delete anything you sent.
• For things you received, the menu also offers ⬇ Save (to your Downloads folder) and 🙈 Remove for me — it disappears only from your screen; the sender still sees it.
• Long-press a message to reply, copy, edit or delete.
• Disappearing messages delete themselves after the time you set.
• 🔒 Locked chats are encrypted when you both agree — not even we can read them.
• Away sends an automatic reply once.
• With the app closed, new messages arrive as phone notifications; tap one to open that chat.

7. Calls

Making a call

Contact ⋯ → Voice call / Video call, the call button in a chat, or (on Android) speed dial from the Call icon.

Answering

• Locked phone: the screen turns on with a full-screen call screen — tap the big [Answer] once.
• Using Burum: the full-screen call screen opens right away.
• Using another app: a banner appears — tap anywhere on it.
• It rings with your ringtone until you answer and stops when the caller hangs up.
• For video calls, choose [🎙 Answer with camera off] or [📹 Answer with video].

During a call

• Sound plays through the earpiece (video: speaker). Switch with 🔈 Speaker.
• 🎙 mute · ✕ hang up · video: 📹 camera on/off · 🔄 flip.
• Leave the app and the call continues; tap "Burum call in progress" in the notification bar to return.

Recording

1. Tap 🔴, choose how long to keep it (15 · 30 · 90 days) and send the request.
2. The other person sees Allow · Allow shorter · Decline. It only records if they allow.
3. Both screens show "🔴 Recording" the whole time; either person can stop it.
4. Listen or download in Calls. It's deleted automatically after the period.

8. Bluetooth earphones · car

• Answer — press the button once and wait a few seconds.
• Hang up — press during the call (usually twice). Both sides end.
• Decline — press and hold (2 s) while ringing. The caller sees "Declined".
• With earphones connected, you hear the call through them.

When a regular call comes in

[Hold and answer] puts Burum on hold (no sound either way); when the regular call ends you return to Burum. [End and answer] ends the Burum call.

9. Group rooms

1. Contacts → + → New room: set a name and size.
2. Share the room invitation link or QR; people join by tapping it.
3. Chat, share photos and listen to music together.

10. Organizing contacts

• ⋯ menu: ★ star · speed dial (1–9) · pin · ▲▼ order · mute · their gallery · details.
• Sort: recent · name · star · speed dial. Group: by the alias you use.
• Search by the name you gave, their alias, or your alias.

11. One-time contacts

For short-term contact — a sale, a first meeting, a listing. It cuts off automatically on the date you set, or any time with [End now].

1. 🎫 One-time contacts → + New at the top of Contacts.
2. Set a name (e.g. "Used chair"), a period, and one person or many.
3. Share by link, QR on screen or printed cards. They don't need the app.
4. New messages show a red count in the [One-time] group.
5. To keep in touch, offer to connect properly from the chat.

12. Plans · storage

• Everything is included in the free trial. Buy during the trial and get one extra month (once).
• MyPage → Extend or Me → Plan: 3, 6 or 12 months. No automatic renewal.
• When your plan ends, receiving and reading still work. Sending and calling need a plan.
• Storage holds photos, videos and recordings. If it's full, uploads pause and the oldest items are deleted on the date shown. Add more with MyPage → Add storage.
• Refunds follow the cancellation & refund policy.

13. Settings (Me)

• Language: auto · 한국어 · English
• Theme: day · night · auto, colors, bubble style, effects (snow · rain · petals · stars)
• Text: size · weight · font
• Alerts: sound · vibration, show recent chats
• Data saving: video calls on Wi-Fi only · lower quality · media on Wi-Fi only · usage warning
• Keep: messages and files you saved

14. Troubleshooting

Nothing appears when someone calls

① Settings → Apps → Burum → allow notifications ② turn on full-screen notifications ③ exclude Burum from battery restrictions ④ open the app and check you're logged in.

The call screen isn't full screen on a locked phone

Turn on full-screen notifications. While you're using the phone, a banner appears first — tap it.

Echo, feedback or low volume

Echo happens when the phones are close together — use the earpiece or earphones. For low volume, press volume up during the call.

"Reconnecting…"

Your connection wobbled. Burum keeps trying for 60 seconds.

Forgot your password

Tap Forgot password on the login screen and use your recovery code.

15. Log out · Delete account

• Log out: the Log out button at the top. While logged out, this phone can't receive calls. Log back in to receive them again.
• Delete account: Me → "Delete account" at the bottom. It's scheduled, and you can cancel during the waiting period. After that, chats, photos and recordings are deleted for good.
